as the Mecosta County Board of REALTORS® in 1974.
The Board began with five member offices then expanded to include four counties, Lake, Mecosta,
Newaygo, and Osceola. Certificate of Incorporation was
filed on May 12, 1980 as the West Central Board of REALTORS®,
Inc. In 2004 the name was changed to the West Central

Under the long established policy of this Association of REALTORS®, the State Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®:
1. The brokers compensation for services rendered in respect to any listing is solely a matter of negotiation between the broker and his or her client, and is not fixed, controlled, recommended or maintained by any person not a party to the listing agreement.
2. The compensation paid by a listing broker to a cooperation broker in respect to any listing is established by the listing broker and is not fixed, controlled, recommended or maintained by any persons other than the listing broker.
